At Rubí, each piece is crafted with intention, precision, and care. We hope you are delighted with your order upon receiving it. Should you require an exchange, we are pleased to offer support within the guidelines below.

Domestic Orders (Lebanon):

For orders delivered within Lebanon, we offer exchange only, with no refunds.

Exchanges may be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To ensure a smooth process, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once the exchange request is approved, a member of our team will assist in arranging the replacement.

Please note that pieces showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted for exchange.           

International Orders:

For our international clientele, exchanges are also available; however, all associated costs — including return shipping, re-shipping, customs, duties, or handling fees — are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sending items back using a trackable and insured service, as Rubí cannot be held liable for lost or delayed international returns.

Once the returning item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed promptly.
